Club Fees and Passes
Club Fees are set at the start of each year. In 2025 fees will be $165 (if paid before March 31st, otherwise $190) for the entire season. New members pay an additional $80 a year for 2 years. New member applications are subject to capacity and to approval by the WSC Executive.
Members with boats are also required to purchase a UTRCA Boat Licence and Car Pass (an additional $150 each) 2025 have been set and applications for membership will open shortly. Members with only sailboard, canoes, kayaks or rowboats need only a Car Pass ($150).
From 2025 all members are required to pay a one-off cashable bond of $150, unless they choose to pay an annual opt-out fee of $150. The bond will be retained by the club if in any year members fail to fulfil the 10 hour work group requirement, and if cashed must be paid again for the following season . When a member in good standing with bond hours leaves the club the $150 will be repaid. All members are required to attend Dock Put In and Dock Pull (see club rules for exemptions)
Winter boat storage is permitted, at no extra charge, though off season boat parking is at the owners own risk.
Please note that the car pass to the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority also includes season entrance to Wildwood Day Use Area, Pittock Dam, and Fanshawe Conservation Areas.
There are some limits on boat length and keel depth which you can check out in the club rules below.
Applications from prospective members always welcome!
