Membership Information

Club Fees and Passes

Club Fees are set at the start of each year and membership applications will open in February 2026. “New Member” applications are subject to capacity and approval by the WSC Executive. Club and UTRCA Fees for 2026 are as follows:

Club Fees

Full Membership Fee – $185.00 ($210.00 if paid after 31st March)
Associate Member Fee – $105.00
Year 1 and 2 new members pay an admin fee – $80.00

UTRCA Fees

Members with boats are also required to purchase a UTRCA Boat Licence and every member must buy a Car Pass . Members with only sailboard, canoes, kayaks or rowboats need only a Car Pass.

UTRCA Sailboat Pass 2026 – $160.00
UTRCA Car Pass 2026 – $170.00

Club Bonds and Deposits

All new members are required to pay a Work Hour Security Deposit of $150, unless they choose to pay an annual opt-out fee of $150. The Deposit will be retained by the club and held in trust for so long as a member remains in the club. If in any season a member fails to fulfil the 10 hour work group requirement it will be cashed. If the Deposit has been cashed it must be paid again for the following season. When a member in good standing with bond hours leaves the club the $150 deposit will be repaid. All members are required to attend Dock Put In and Dock Pull (see club rules for exemptions)
 
​Winter boat storage is permitted, at no extra charge, though off season boat parking is at the owners own risk.

Please note that the car pass to the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority also includes season entrance to Wildwood Day Use Area, Pittock Dam, and Fanshawe Conservation Areas.

2025 Club Members will be sent a pre-filled 2026 application form during the first 2 weeks of February.
