Executive Meetings

Meetings of the Executive are open to all members who wish to attend. Please give the Information Officer notice that you wish to attend a meeting and you will be provide with details of the venue/Zoom link

Minutes of the AGM

The Annual General Meeting is held in August of each year. The draft minutes from 2025 are available here and will be submitted for approval by members at the next AGM
