Wildwood Sailing Cub
Welcome to Wildwood Sailing Club!
Nestled in a quiet, private bay at Wildwood Lake, the Wildwood Sailing Club is a co-operative, recreational sailing club near the town of St. Marys, Ontario. With over 50 members and docking for over 40 boats, the club atmosphere is congenial and friendly. The season runs from April to September. Amenities at the club include a large picnic area, washrooms, fire pit and dining pavilion. In addition to the dock system there is a ramp for launching, a rack for kayak and windsurfer storage, and a service boat. Club activities include organized races and club dinners. Club Fees are set at the start of each year. In 2024 fees will be $150 (if paid before March 31st, otherwise $175) for the entire season. New members pay an additional $80 a year for 2 years, and new member applications will be subject to capacity and to approval by the WSC Executive. Members with boats are also required to purchase a UTRCA Boat Licence and Car Pass (an additional $300). Members with only sailboard, canoes, kayaks or rowboats need only a Car Pass ($150). Winter boat storage is permitted, at no extra charge, though off season boat parking is at the owners own risk. Please note that the car pass to the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority also includes season entrance to Wildwood Lake, Pittock Dam and Fanshawe Conservation Areas, which invite you to Step into Nature. There are some limits on boat length and keel depth which you can check out here. Applications from prospective members always welcome! MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN.
